Driver

Amber Lynn started racing at the young age of 8 years old. She has over 150 career wins, 15 of those being in stock car. Amber also carries 12 career championships only one being in stock car. Amber Lynn is the 2019 602 Tour Champion, Rookie of the year at several tracks along several classes but at the top of her achievement list is she is the First Female to win in the Sportsman division at Bowman Gray. She is also the most winningest female in all of Bowman Gray history.
 

Team

Amber Lynn Racing is a very tight knit team consisting of all of her biggest fans. Mom (Denise Burchette), Dad (Ron Burchette), Terry Thompson (Back Up Driver/Tire Changer), Justin Boger (Amber’s Husband/Tire Man), Warren Moore (Gas Man/Modified Owner), DJ Smith (General Crew Guy/Videographer) and Mike Staley (Sponsor/Crew)

Crew Chief and Car Owner

Ron Burchette is the father of Amber Lynn. He grew up in the little town of Walkertown, NC aspiring to be a stock car racer. Ron’s career started with local short tracks and transitioned to the ARCA Series. After a horrifying wreck at Atlanta Motor Speedway Ron took a break from racing. When he came back he had an extra hand from his family which, after only 2 career wins himself, sent Amber into the world of racing. 17 years later Amber and Ron are still working together as a team.
 

Backup driver

Terry Thompson is an US Vet who served in the Navy branch of the Military. Terry has been driving Amber’s backup cars since 2020 and has been a devout fan and crew member since 2018. Terry has one win under his belt.
